Students in grades 3-6 will be participating in the state assessment called the Wisconsin Forward Exam.
Please sign up your student(s) for the necessary testing sessions as outlined below. You will fill out this form for each student testing.
If your student receives Special Education support with Mrs. Ansay, please contact the office or Mrs. Ansay to schedule your student's testing.
On the day of testing, you will drop-off your student(s) at Katherine Johnson Academy, located at 105 S. Buchanan St. Green Bay, WI 54303.
Please have your student(s) bring along:
-Fully-charged Chromebook
-Charger
-Carrying case
-Headphones
